3. Bears select Marshon Lattimore, Cornerback
Lattimore's Speed Score (weight-adjusted 40) and Explosion Score (weight-adjusted jumps) are on par with athletic marvel Byron Jones. He can play a variety of coverages, and fill a plethora of roles.
numberFire Says: Last year, the Bears were just 19th-best in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play. Lattimore would step into the top role immediately, bringing the whole average up.
6. Jets select Jamal Adams, Strong Safety
Not only does Adams have the ability to make an immediate impact on whichever team drafts him, his intangibles are off the charts. Adams has a rare blend of skills and instincts that will help him star in the NFL.
numberFire Says: The Jets' pass defense ranked 29th in the NFL in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play. Upgrades are needed at both the corner and safety positions.
7. Chargers select Garrett Bolles, Offensive Tackle
I don't care that he's 25; Bolles is the most athletic offensive lineman in the class. His presence will both protect quarterback Philip Rivers in his waning years and help transition away from him. He will have to make some improvements in the NFL on the edge, however.

10. Bills select Corey Davis, Wide Receiver
Davis was one of the most productive receivers in college football over his four years, with more than 5,200 receiving yards, an FBS record. An incredibly polished receiver, Davis consistently averaged more than 14.0 yards per catch as a Bronco.
