Start Ben Roethlisberger as a Home Favorite

The Pittsburgh Steelers are favored by 10 points against the Miami Dolphins at Heinz Field this Sunday.

It's no secret, but Ben Roethlisberger is otherworldly when playing at home. According to the Rotoviz Game Splits App, since the start of 2014, Roethlisberger has averaged 30.1 fantasy points per game at home. That's just silly. For reference, Aaron Rodgers has been a monster at Lambeau Field. In the same time frame, he has averaged 28.81 fantasy points per game.

The Steelers are the biggest favorites this weekend. They also have the highest implied total at 28 points. You could safely play many Steelers such as Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell, but they are the most expensive at their respective positions.

Roethlisberger is priced at $8,500, which is the second-highest among quarterbacks on FanDuel and just a $100 cheaper than Rodgers. Considering Rodgers matchup with the stingy defense of the New York Giants, Roethlisberger is the safest play at quarterback and also has the highest upside of any passer this weekend. He is playable in all formats.
