Kenneth Farrow disappointed in his start last week, but Melvin Gordon is once again expected to be out in Week 16, and Farrow finds himself in an outstanding spot.

Volume hasn't been a problem or Farrow, with 31 carries and 9 targets while playing 80% of the San Diego Chargers' offensive snaps over the last two weeks, and he has one of the best matchups there is for a running back this week against the Cleveland Browns.

Our metrics have the Browns ranked 32nd against both the run and the pass, and they are giving up the league's second-most fantasy points per game to running backs. Getting a budget-friendly running back who is likely to see big volume against the Browns makes this a huge value spot.
