He may be getting ancient for a running back, and his efficiency isn't what it used to be, but even at 33 years old, Frank Gore continues to see a ton of volume.

He has averaged 20.2 touches per game over his last six and seems to be only gaining momentum as the season goes on, seeing a season-high 26 carries last week while topping 100 yards for the second time this season.

There's not a lot of cheap value available at running back this week, but bringing that strong volume into a good matchup against the Oakland Raiders, who rank 26th in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play and have allowed the league's 11th-most fantasy points per game to running backs, makes him a solid value play.
