As much as it breaks my heart to not go with a minimum-salary quarterback after doing so in each of the first two weeks, it's hard to look past Ryan Tannehill this week if you're going cheap at quarterback.

This will be -- by far -- the easiest matchup Tannehill has had after starting the year against the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots. The Miami Dolphins have a 26.5 implied total -- the fourth-highest of the week -- for their clash with a Cleveland Browns team that ranks 21st in schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per drop back after finishing 2015 ranked 23rd in said metric.

Tannehill ranks 10th among quarterbacks in FanDuel scoring so far, and with a juicy matchup this week, he is in a great spot to put up big numbers..
