Washington Redskins

Rivaling the Colts for an overlooked streaming defense option is the Washington Redskins defense.

In Week 1, the Redskins face the Pittsburgh Steelers and Ben Roethlisberger. But as our own Matt Blair highlighted here, the Steelers offense takes a significant hit without starting wideout Martavis Bryant. In 2015, the Steelers scored 5.6 points per game fewer without Bryant, so this matchup is a little bit less scary for Washington.

After the Steelers matchup, the Redskins face five fantastic scoring matchups in the next six games against the Cowboys, Giants, Browns, Ravens, Eagles, and Lions. Perhaps the Cowboys are one to avoid with Tony Romo back and healthy, but the rest could present upside given turnovers.

Given that they ranked 17th in schedule-adjusted Defensive NEP last year, the Redskins are bound to go overlooked. But given that schedule and spending three of their first four draft picks to shore up the defensive side of the ball, the Redskins are worth a late-round pick in upcoming drafts.
