14. Michigan Wolverines

nERD: 14.71

As one of the hottest teams in the field, the Michigan Wolverines are no longer looked at as a 7 seed out of Big Ten. Instead, ESPN has rated them fifth among all remaining teams. Though that is certainly rewarding for what they've accomplished -- with wins over Oklahoma State and Louisville -- it's a little much given their ranking of 24th heading into the tournament.

Yet let's not ignore their ability to win games with one of the nation's best offenses. The Wolverines have 165 points through two games and have made 47.8% of their three-point attempts.

To no one's astonishment, point guard Derrick Walton, Jr. is doing it all for head coach John Beilein's squad. The senior is averaging 18.0 points (with 8 total threes), 8.5 assists and 6.0 rebounds in the team's two wins. To make it three straight, Walton and company will have to defeat Oregon. It's early, but Vegas is giving the Ducks 1.5 points against the scorching-hot Wolverines.
