Picks 11 to 15

11. Indiana Pacers - Willie Cauley-Stein, C

With Paul George returning from his gruesome leg injury suffered almost a year ago, I can't fault the Pacers going with Turner at the four position with David West's impending departure. With that being said, they could use some help at center. Roy Hibbert was, if anything, a negative factor on the floor this year. He posted a nERD of 0.0 and a RPM of -0.03.

12. Utah Jazz - Cameron Payne, PG

The Jazz frontcourt is stacked. Adding a player like Trey Lyles, who would likely fit best as a four-man, doesn't make a lot of sense. The Jazz needed some kind of guard to help out their backcourt. Payne would be the best available here and couldn't do much worse than Trey Burke's nERD of -4.7 and RPM -2.72 or Dante Exum's nERD of -7.4 (worst on the team) and RPM of -1.77. Guards, Utah, guards!

13. Phoenix Suns - Kristaps Porzingis, PF/C

When the sharpshooting Devin Booker fell to the Suns at 13, they couldn't help but add him to their already offensively powered team of youngsters. Different name, same game. With Booker off the board here and Bledsoe manning a lot of the two-guard minutes, Porzingis is a great choice to bring back that Channing Frye-type player in the frontcourt. And Alex Len hasn't panned out quite yet -- he put up a nERD of 0.7 and a RPM of -0.74 this year.

14. Oklahoma City Thunder - Rashad Vaughn, SG

With the addition of Enes Kanter last season, the Thunder are pretty solid at every position. They even have a good two-guard by committee thing going on, but with Dion Waiters' inefficient play (-7.7 nERD) and Andre Roberson's inability to contribute offensively why not add a youthful guard with shooting ability to the mix? It couldn't hurt.

15.* Atlanta Hawks - Sam Dekker, SF

DeMarre Carroll is likely headed elsewhere in free agency this summer, and he will be taking his nERD of 5.8 with him. That leaves Thabo Sefolosha and Austin Daye at the three, who combined for a -0.4 nERD and a -0.48 RPM. That's not good enough to beat LeBron and the Cavs in the East. Someone like Dekker would help fill the vacancy left by Carroll.
