The Portland Trail Blazers have already ruled out Evan Turner for tonight, giving us another night of Maurice Harkless value.

With Turner out over the last three games and making an early exit in the game before that, Harkless has averaged 28.5 minutes per game, putting up at least 27.5 DraftKings points in all four contests while topping 30 three times and averaging 31.8 per game.

A matchup with the Toronto Raptors is definitely a brutal spot. They rank highly on defense, play at a middling pace and limit opponents' fantasy output.

But getting minutes into the high-20s, even if his efficiency regresses closer to his season-average of 0.76 fantasy points per minute, is more than enough to put Harkless in play at this price, tough matchup or not.
