Zach LaVine, PG/SG, Chicago Bulls

DraftKings Price: $6,600

If you're looking for a cheaper stud option to act as more of a mid-rage filler on your teams tonight, then consider using Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine. After dealing with injuries for much of the past two seasons, LaVine has finally been relatively healthy this season. Yes, he's missed seven games this year, but if he can play tonight, he'll have already matched the 47 games he played in 2016-17 (he played just 24 last year).

LaVine has been a steady scorer for the Bulls this year. His 22.8 points are 3.9 more than his previous career high in that 2016-17 season, and he's putting up those numbers in 3.6 fewer minutes per game than that year. His 4.4 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 1.0 steals, 0.4 blocks, and 86.6% free-throw percentage are also personal bests, as are his 5.7 trips to the line.

LaVine's price dropped $600 for tonight's game and sits at just $6,600, the lowest it's been in over two weeks. Given his 36.4 DraftKings points per game average, that's an implied value of just over 5.5 points per $1,000. While that's not the only reason to pick him, it's a nice bonus, especially coupled with a matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans, against whom he's scored 33-plus DraftKings points in four of his past five meetings. We project LaVine to finish with 36.8 DraftKings points tonight.
