It's not always easy to find value players who are reliable, but such should be the case with Portland Trail Blazers guard/forward Evan Turner tonight.

The team will be without Maurice Harkless when they take on the Charlotte Hornets in the Rose Garden (you heard me), which means Turner has a chance of sliding into the starting lineup. That chance will rise considerably if Damian Lillard -- who is dealing with a shoulder injury -- can't give it a go.

Even if he doesn't start, Turner has been much more effective this season when Harkless has been out. He's averaged 22.7 DraftKings points per game when Harkless has missed time, 3.7 more than when he has played.

We currently have Turner projected for 20.6 DraftKings points, which would equate to a value of just under 5.2 points per $1,000. If Lillard is ruled out later, expect that projection to rise.
