The Toronto Raptors have ruled out Kyle Lowry (thigh) and Serge Ibaka (knee) for tonight's game against the Indiana Pacers.

That increase in minutes is already well worth targeting, and the absence of Ibaka makes huge playing time an even safer bet tonight, as there should be some additional minutes open at the four.
