DeMar DeRozan, SG/SF, San Antonio Spurs

DraftKings Price: $8,500

The offseason move to the San Antonio Spurs may have come as quite a shock to DeMar DeRozan, but the former Toronto Raptors favorite hasn't let that shake him. In fact, he's taken the opportunity to up his game to the next level.

While his scoring isn't matching his career-best 27.1 points per game that he set two years ago, he's been putting up career-highs in most other categories, including rebounds (5.6), assists (6.2; the 15th-best mark in the league), and free throw percentage (85.6%). His 48.0% mark from the field is the best since his rookie season. If he could figure out how to drain shots from deep (he's shooting just 17.1% from beyond the arc), he'd set a best there as well.

He's averaging 42.3 DraftKings points per game this year, which also represents the veteran's best ever output. He'll look to continue that success in a matchup against a Los Angeles Clippers team against whom he scored 56.5 DraftKings points when the teams met in mid-November.

The teams combined for 227 points in that game, and we could see that kind of uptempo game again, judging by tonight's 222.5 total, the second-highest on the slate. We have DeRozan projected for 43.8 DraftKings points tonight, our third-highest projected total of the night.
