The Portland Trail Blazers are likely to be without Damian Lillard tonight, which means Shabazz Napier could draw another start. He disappointed the masses in a similar situation a week ago as he put up just 14.25 DraftKings points against the Memphis Grizzlies. However, even with that performance factored in, Napier has averaged 33.3 DraftKings points and 34.7 minutes in eight games without Lillard this season.

He needs just 26.5 DraftKings points at this price tag, a total that our projections easily have him topping tonight. Hopefully, recency bias will keep his ownership somewhat subdued, because Napier could crush value at this price. The matchup with Chris Paul (who will likely spend most of his time on C.J. McCollum) and a Houston Rockets team that has stifled opposing point guards this season makes Napier more of a tournament target than cash-game lock, but his upside is unique for such a cheap player.
