3 NBA DraftKings Value Plays to Target on 4/5/18

Despite strong play and elevated minutes in recent games, Jabari Parker's price is still below $5k on DraftKings. The Milwaukee Bucks have shown a willingness to let Parker play over 30 minutes, which, for some time, was the only thing holding him back from being a fantasy stud. He has averaged 0.97 DraftKings points per minute on the year, so 30-plus minutes would make him a screaming value at a price tag that requires just 24.5 DraftKings points for five-times value. And, at that per-minute rate, he would need just 25 minutes to hit value.

That doesn't even factor in the potential efficiency boost that comes with a soft matchup against the Brooklyn Nets. He should have no problem getting minutes if this one remains competitive, as the Bucks still have a lot to play for. A win tonight would put them ahead of the Washington Wizards for the seven seed, which is actually a huge deal with news that the 2-seed Celtics will be without Kyrie Irving for the playoffs.

Among all the values on this slate, no one in our projections stands out more than Parker. He is the top per-dollar value on the entire slate, as our projections expect 30.2 minutes and 31.3 DraftKings points of him in this one. He is an excellent salary-saving option in all formats.
