3 NBA DraftKings Value Plays to Target on 3/21/18

With Nicolas Batum out on Monday, Jeremy Lamb drew the start for the Charlotte Hornets and put up 31.5 DraftKings points in 30 minutes. Batum is doubtful for tonight's game, and with the Hornets absent much to play for at this point, it's unlikely that he suits up. Instead, Lamb will, in all likelihood, have another 30 minutes at his disposal, which makes him very intriguing at a price tag that requires just 27 DraftKings points to return value.

While his price is up $1,200 since his last game, Lamb is still very reasonably priced given the situation. He is $1,200 more on FanDuel, and we saw his price rise as high as $6,300 on DraftKings when he was starting earlier this season.

In games that Lamb has played 30-plus minutes this season, he has averaged 32.6 DraftKings points. His DraftKings points per minute have climbed from 0.96 to 1.03 with Batum off the floor this season, and that per-minute efficiency could continue to climb in a favorable matchup with the Brooklyn Nets tonight.

Our projections love Lamb tonight too, listing him as the second-best value on the entire slate. As long as we get confirmation that Batum is out, Lamb is a strong play in all formats.
