Since returning from injury, Norman Powell has played off the bench with the Toronto Raptors' second unit -- and head coach Dwane Casey said he wants to keep it that way. That doesn't mean Powell's not worth rostering, though. In the four games he's served in a reserve role, he has played an average of 24.4 minutes with two games of 26 or more. He's still relevant.

If the minutes aren't enough, Powell's usage also helps. While posting a usage rate of 19.5% on the season, he's exceeded that mark in three straight games, using 30.4%, 22.6%, and 22.4% of his team's possessions while on the floor. It's clear that he's a playmaker on the second team, and with the Raptors implied at 111.75 points against the Indiana Pacers, he could certainly capitalize in a high-scoring affair this evening.
