Kyrie Irving has played 38 minutes per game since returning from injury, and outside of a matchup against the Utah Jazz, he has looked like the dominant force he was prior to his absence. After the matchup with the physical Jazz defense, tonight's game against Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers should be a cakewalk.

For starters, this game should be much more high-scoring, with the Cleveland Cavaliers projected for 111.8 points -- the highest on the slate. The 220-point over/under is also the highest on the slate.

Over the past two seasons, Irving has averaged 36.1 FanDuel points when the Cavs are projected for at least 111.8 points, as opposed to 31.9 FanDuel points in all other games. This season, his average has jumped to 40.1 in such games.

He's only played in one game over the past two seasons with a 220-point over/under, so for a larger sample size, we'll examine games he's played in with at least a 215-point over/under. In these projected shootouts, Irving has averaged 40.2 FanDuel points.

Irving has also played very well against Lillard in his career, averaging 38.3 FanDuel points against him, up from his 33.9 point average in all other games. That should come as no surprise, considering Lillard ranks 80th among 85 point guards in real defensive plus-minus.
