Royce Lewis (hamstring) out Wednesday for Twins

Minnesota Twins infielder Royce Lewis (hamstring) is not in the lineup for Wednesday afternoon's series finale against right-hander Hunter Greene and the Cincinnati Reds.

What It Means:

Lewis left Tuesday's game early with hamstring tightness and his next chance to play will be in Friday's series opener against the Los Angeles Angels. Willi Castro will move to third base in place of Lewis and Michael Taylor will start in center field and hit ninth. Donovan Solano will take Lewis' place in the Twins' order and hit third.

numberFire’s models project Castro ($2,700) for 10.4 FanDuel points on Wednesday. Per our MLB Heat Map, the Twins' implied total is 4.33 and the game total is 9.0. Greene has the second-highest strikeout rate (30.1%) among Wednesday's projected starters and ranks in the top 90th percentile for the season.
