Christian Yelich, OF, Miami Marlins

FanDuel Price: $3,500

Why He Will Go Overlooked:

Christian Yelich and the Marlins are projected for the fourth-lowest total on the slate (4.2 runs). With the likes of Charlie Blackmon, Carlos Gonzalez, Mookie Betts, and Stephen Piscotty in better spots and similarly priced, Yelich likely won't be heavily owned.

Why You Should Use Him:

Yelich has hit safely in every game coming out of the All-Star Break and now has his batting average up to a career-high .317. He'll look to improve on that number in tonight's matchup with righty Jerad Eickhoff.

Eickhoff has a respectable 3.76 ERA on the year but still is struggling to figure out left-handed batters. His career xFIP has risen a full point, from 3.41 against righties to 4.60 against lefties. He hasn't had any better luck this season, posting a 4.61 mark against lefties.

Yelich, a lefty, has posted improved numbers across the board against righties throughout his career. This season, Yelich has posted an exceptional 41.8 percent hard-hit rate against right-handed pitching, up from his 24.2 percent mark against lefties.

Eickhoff could limit the Marlins offense to a few runs, which would make it hard for Yelich to reach value, so limit your exposure to tournaments. His upside in this matchup combined with the low ownership certainly makes him an intriguing tournament prospect, though.
