Jake Marisnick, OF, Houston Astros

Price: $2,200

A cheaper way to get exposure to the Astros, Jake Marisnick is inconsistent but offers some serious pop against left-handed pitching.

Marisnick has only topped a .300 wOBA once in his six major league seasons, when he put up a .343 wOBA with a .252 ISO in 2017.Despite that, we've seen him turn in an ISO of .173 or better against southpaws in each of his last four seasons, topping .200 in two of those seasons. Over those four years he turned in a .305 wOBA but a .196 ISO in the split.

He's a low-floor option, but at $2,200 in such a juicy matchup, his power offers up a ton of upside.

He's also no lock to be in the lineup tonight, and depending on who the Astros play on Friday, Tyler White ($2,100) and Max Stassi ($2,000) could also be great ways to get cheap exposure to Houston. Both would get the platoon advantage against Smyly, and White boasts a .381 wOBA and .266 ISO in 195 plate appearances against southpaws while Stassi has turned in a career 40.2% hard-hit rate in the split and is priced at the minimum.
