The Houston Astros' 5.15 implied total is Monday's highest as they take on southpaw Drew Smyly and the Texas Rangers at the hitter-friendly Globe Life Park.

Smyly hasn't pitched a single Major League inning since 2016 after undergoing Tommy John's surgery, and even in terms of Minor League action we've seen exactly one inning out of him.

He left off with a career-worst 4.16 SIERA in 2016, and after such an extended injury absence there's not a ton of reason for optimism that he'll come out of the gate improving on that mark.

Alex Bregman should be able to take full advantage, having cracked lefties for a 33.8% hard-hit rate and 43.1% fly-ball rate in 2018. That contact translated to a .409 wOBA and .253 ISO, and we project him for the third-highest fantasy score among today's hitters.
