Mike Trout, OF, Los Angeles Angels

Price: $4,900

This slate is quite thin on top options, so you can almost default into playing Mike Trout without much opportunity cost.

With a .447 wOBA and .316 ISO in 2018 and a .437 wOBA and .323 ISO in 2017, there's little doubt as to whether Trout will continue mashing in 2019. And so far (over an admittedly tiny sample), he's making some absurd contact, with hard contact on half of his batted-balls and a 58.3% fly-ball rate. He's yet to go yard, but with contact like that it's just a matter of time -- especially with at least 23% of his fly balls translating to home runs in three of the last four seasons.

That isn't to under-sell the spot he's in tonight, either. The Los Angeles Angels have a top-five implied total as they take on the Seattle Mariners and righty Felix Hernandez.

The once king has completely fallen off in recent years, and last season's 4.63 SIERA matches his mark from 2016 as a career-worst. He also allowed by far the highest hard-hit rate (38.7%) of his career in 2018, and he's now three full seasons removed from the last time he finished with a SIERA better than 4.19.
