The Los Angeles Dodgers' lineup changes a fair bit for platoon matchups, and against southpaw Eric Lauer and the San Diego Padres tonight, that creates some big fantasy value.

Lauer has had an ugly start to his Major League career, notching a 4.68 SIERA over 21 games. His 41.1% hard-hit rate is particularly concerning, and it jumps a bit to 41.6% with a 33.5% fly-ball rate if we look at his splits against right-handed bats.

Matt Kemp has made some outstanding contact against lefties in 2018, turning a 40.5% hard-hit rate into a .342 wOBA and .159 ISO, which is more than enough to make him a strong play against Lauer.
