In spite of all the great hitting spots we have at our disposal, we're not exactly running on empty for the pitching side of things. Between guys like Max Scherzer, Carlos Carrasco, and Jack Flaherty, among others, you can go any number of directions on the mound. Even Lance Lynn has some appeal in a plus matchup against the Chicago White Sox, and Jacob deGrom could be an enticing tournament play if everyone is scared away by a windy night at Wrigley Field.

Inevitably, some guys will fall through the cracks, and Walker Buehler may be one such player, despite holding a potent 3.28 SIERA, 27.1% strikeout rate, and 6.1% walk rate. Buehler gets the unenviable task of pitching on a hot night at Globe Life Park, and that's reflected in a 4.59 implied team total for the Texas Rangers.

But it might be worth taking the risk on Buehler, as the Rangers also carry a 24.7% strikeout rate against righties, adding some potential upside to this spot. Even better, the Dodgers have tonight's highest implied team total against an overmatched Ariel Jurado, meaning Buehler should garner plenty of run support to get the win tonight.

The hitter-friendly conditions certainly add some danger, but Buehler has the goods to bring about a lucrative outcome.
