Matt Carpenter, 3B, St. Louis Cardinals

The St. Louis Cardinals are once again too cheap across the board tonight, so they make for a great stack against southpaw Carlos Rodon. Over six starts, Rodon hasn't proven to be in particularly great form, posting a 4.98 SIERA, 18.2% strikeout rate, and 9.7% walk rate.

While it's pretty straightforward to just stack the right-handed Cardinals bats, don't rule out lefty Matt Carpenter, who's actually done just fine versus lefties in his career (112 wRC+). In fact, against southpaws this season, Carpenter is producing a 51.1% hard-hit rate, .242 ISO, and .392 expected weighted on-base average (xwOBA).

If he's in the leadoff spot, Carpenter makes for a great addition, though no one could blame you for fading him in all cash formats.
