Nomar Mazara has performed like a beast so far in 2018, and the outfielder may be ready to make the leap into the premium slugger category with back-to-back 20-homer seasons. In 2018, Mazara has ripped 14 long balls to support a solid .513 slugging percentage and .365 wOBA. But with Sean Manaea on the bump tonight, things may not be so great for the Rangers' stud.

Over the last calendar year, Mazara has struck out 28.7% of the time with a paltry 23.1% fly-ball rate in 181 plate appearances. And over that same time period, Manaea hasn't exactly been generous to same-sided bats, either. Over 173 total batters faced, the lefty hurler has allowed only an 18.9% hard-hit rate and an impressive 3 home runs.

Mazara has been a fantastic performer in 2018, but you may want to fill up your outfield elsewhere tonight.
