The San Francisco Giants may be at Coors Field again tonight, but with a tougher spot against Jon Gray, it wouldn't be surprising to see most people gravitate toward the Colorado Rockies instead. After all, they have a far better matchup against Derek Holland. But Gray is susceptible to Coors like anyone else, but he's always capable of twirling the occasionally gem, and holds a strong 3.26 SIERA and 26.3% strikeout rate this year.

But if you want to pick one guy to go toe-to-toe with Gray, it's Brandon Belt, who's in the midst of a fantastic season. Gray may be a tough customer, but he's allowing a 39.3% hard-hit rate to lefty bats.

Belt's peripheral numbers have always teased at a big season, but he's really put it together in 2018, posting a .410 wOBA and .246 ISO. And that's while playing home games at run-suppressing AT&T Park. His 45.3% hard-hit rate and 48.1% fly-ball rate will play nicely in Coors, and he holds a career 133 wRC+ versus right-handed pitching.
