Charlie Blackmon, OF, Colorado Rockies

FanDuel Price: $4,300

Charlie Blackmon was the big winner from yesterday's under-the-radar picks, dropping 33.9 FanDuel points on the San Diego Padres at 13.65% ownership. He was even a member of Monday's perfect lineup.

But after three straight performances of 25-plus FanDuel points, how is Blackmon still on this list? Sure, his ownership will undoubtedly get a bump after yesterday, but the truth is the Colorado Rockies -- playing in pitcher-friendly Petco -- are unlikely to get heavy attention due to other teams being in juicy spots. In particular, Bryce Harper will be extremely popular against Julio Teheran, as will the usual suspects from the Houston Astros against Mike Wright. Add in aces Clayton Kershaw and Justin Verlander, and there's not a lot of salary left over for someone like Blackmon.

As for his opponent, injuries have derailed what was once a promising career for right-hander Tyson Ross, who endured a dismal 2017 season, posting a 6.17 SIERA, 15.1% strikeout rate, and 15.6% walk rate over 49.0 innings (10 starts). Following a solid spring, we can't rule out a comeback for Ross, but as it stands, he's a prime candidate to attack in DFS. The Rockies have only a 4.00 implied team total, which could further drive away ownership.
