Kyle Schwarber may strikeout far too often (41.4% second-half strikeout rate), but the power is still there, giving him some value in the right matchups. However, this may not be one of them, -- while the Chicago Cubs have a 4.73 implied team total, Luis Castillo looks like the real deal this year.

Through 10 starts, Castillo has a modest 4.20 SIERA, but he also has a 23.7% strikeout rate, 57.9% ground-ball rate, and 29.0% hard-hit rate. The 10.4% walk rate could use improvement, but overall, those are nice marks for a rookie. That's not even considering that many of his starts have come against difficult opponents like the Washington Nationals (twice), New York Yankees, and Colorado Rockies (at Coors).

Despite Schwarber's low price, there are better spots to exploit, and tonight is probably not the time to chase his next long ball.
