The St. Louis Cardinals have a reasonable 4.57 implied team total against the scuffling Trevor Cahill, but as mentioned in the intro, Cahill still has solid numbers this season, making him a tough pitcher to attack. Plus, there's no shame in struggling against the Boston Red Sox and Seattle Mariners.

Despite his low price, Jedd Gyorko in particular is better off avoided due to his recent struggles. Since the All-Star break, he has a mere 19.6% hard-hit rate, 25.0% strikeout rate, and .251 wOBA. From the start of 2016, Cahill has a 26.0% strikeout rate and 3.53 xFIP against righty bats.
