Danny Duffy gets the Baltimore Orioles tonight, who might pack a punch, but have an active roster with a 24.2% strikeout rate against lefties.

That may be all well and good, but Duffy simply hasn't shown the same punchout prowess and velocity as he did in 2016. The strikeout rate sits at a pedestrian 19.0%, and although an 11.4% swinging-strike rate gives some hope, it hasn't translated through 16 starts. His SIERA is an unremarkable 4.59, and he's yet to hit 40 fantasy points in five starts since returning from the DL.

With the Orioles showing a 4.76 implied team total, Duffy is unlikely to post a ceiling performance worthy of using in tournaments.
