Zack Greinke is in a spot pretty similar to deGrom.

He ranks in the top 10 among qualifying pitchers in SIERA (3.21), strikeout rate (28.7%) and swinging-strike rate (13.5%) in 2017. He also draws a matchup with a middle-of-the-pack offense a the Cincinnati Reds are sporting a 21.1% strikeout rate and 99 wRC+ against right-handed pitching on the year.

The Arizona Diamondbacks are -157 favorites, though, with Greinke pitching on the road at the hitter-friendly Great American Ball Park, and the Reds' 4.04 implied total isn't terrible. Even with the slight savings Greinke offers, deGrom stands out as Wednesday's top arm.
