With double-digit winds blowing in and cool temperatures expected at Wrigley tonight, it's best to downgrade the Chicago Cubs.

Last week, opposing pitcher Jeff Locke had a surprisingly strong 2017 debut against the Arizona Diamondbacks, giving up one run in 5 2/3 innings while striking out seven. Locke has never shown this kind of strikeout prowess in the majors, but he did have some promising numbers during his minor league rehab starts.

Willson Contreras has some value hitting cleanup tonight, but he hasn't shown much upside with a 57.5% ground-ball rate and 26.0% strikeout rate. Unless the wind conditions improve, there should be better value sticks elsewhere.
