Christian Eriksen, Midfielder, Tottenham

Salary: $8,500

It takes a unique slate for a player as talented as Christian Eriksen to potentially slip under-the-radar, but that could happen this weekend. Tottenham's recent loss to Burnley, coupled with the matchup against Chelsea and the number of other elite midfield options available should push ownership on Eriksen way down. With four other elite sides in action, the public may opt to simply ignore the Chelsea versus Tottenham fixture from a fantasy perspective and go with the sides in better form. Whenever world class players are likely to go severely under-owned, they are worth consideration for tournaments.

At $8,500, Eriksen is a value on this slate. Paul Pogba ($9,500) will likely carry the majority of ownership in Eriksen's price range, pushing his ownership down even further. On a day when the entire team struggled, Eriksen only produced 12.3 FanDuel points against Burnley, but prior to that fixture, he produced 39.3 points against Leicester City and 34.5 against Newcastle. Over his last 11 appearances, Eriksen has averaged 22.2 FanDuel points per match and he shouldn't go overlooked.

Over their last six home matches, no team has allowed fewer goals than Chelsea, and over their last six away matches, no team has scored more goals than Tottenham. Something has to give this weekend, and with three losses in their last four matches, Chelsea seems more likely to falter than Tottenham. If the Blue's defensive struggles on the road follow them to Stamford Bridge, they could be in for a long day against a Spurs attack that has only been kept off the scoresheet once in their last seventeen matches.
