Raheem Sterling, Midfielder, Manchester City

Salary: $11,000

Raheem Sterling is not going to fly entirely under the radar, but he will likely go under-owned relative to he deserves, due to the price of Liverpool mega star Mohamed Salah ($10,500). Salah bring priced $500 less than Sterling should draw a decent amount of ownership away from the English winger and knock his ownership down to more reasonable levels.

Sterling's skills and upside need no introduction. He has six goals this season, and four matches with over 30 FanDuel points produced, including a 70.6 FanDuel point performance two weeks ago against Southampton. He has a habit of missing some easy chances, but as a key cog in the Manchester City machine, his sheer volume of opportunity in the final third more than makes up it. This season, on two fewer appearances, Sterling has the same amount of goals, two more assists, and only one fewer chance created than Salah. The extra $500 is worth the potential for lower ownership.

Opting to pair Sterling with two of his Manchester City teammates rather than trying to gain exposure to multiple elite sides is an interesting strategy for large field tournament this weekend. Many lineups will choose to combine players from Manchester City and Liverpool, so a lineup consisting of only Manchester City players and options from non-elite sides may have lower combined ownership and include more players in the best matchup on the slate.
