Which DEF to pick up?

My DEF is on a bye... should i pick up the Bengals (playing Browns), Rams (playing Dolphins), Dolphins (playing Rams)?

I actually would go with the Dolphins D here...Reggie Bush is gonna trounce the Rams for 100+ this week, but on the flipside, Dolphins D is the best rushing D in the NFL (havent allowed a 100 yrd rusher in 19 consecutive weeks) and they pretty much shut down Andy Dalton and AJ Green last week, forcing him into two INTs and a fumble lost as well.

I'd go with the Rams, they have a very underrated pass D (12th in the league) and are playing against a turnover prone rookie QB (6 interceptions and 1 fumble). Also, Reggie Bush doesn't seem to be quite 100% yet. The Bengals D is vastly overrated (16th ranked pass D, 19th ranked run D) and the Rams may not score a ton of points, but I still like the Rams D over the Dolphins D because of the turnover edge.
