NHL Playoffs: Conference Final Preview

We're down to our final four in the NHL playoffs. According to our metrics, who has the best chance at advancing to the Stanley Cup Final?

The NHL playoffs have been a wild ride, featuring 23 overtime finishes and a pair of Game 7's. Now that the dust (or, more appropriately, the ice shavings) have settled, we're left with the Nashville Predators, Anaheim Ducks, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Ottawa Senators, and each team is eager to skate their way into the Stanley Cup Final.

Nashville has never been to the Stanley Cup Final in franchise history -- in fact, this is their first trip to the Conference Final. Anaheim, on the other hand, hasn't been to there since their championship run in 2007, a series in which they defeated the Senators.

And as we know, Pittsburgh took home Lord Stanley's hardware last season due to some stellar and rather dominant play.

But how about we throw history out the window and talk numbers. Let's check our metrics and see who has the best chance of bringing home the hardware.
