Leonard Fournette (ankle) not expected to play for Jaguars
The Jacksonville Jaguars don't expect running back Leonard Fournette (ankle) to play in Week 7 against the Indianapolis Colts, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
Fournette dealt with ankle issues in college so the Jaguars may want to hold him out and then let him rest through next week's bye before a Week 9 return at home versus the Cincinnati Bengals. If Fournette sits, Chris Ivory figures to see the majority of his touches in a plus matchup.
Fournette is averaging 20.5 FanDuel points in six games this season while rushing 130 times for 596 yards and 6 touchdowns with 15 receptions for 136 yards and 1 touchdown on 20 targets.
