Washington doesn't make an offer to Terrelle Pryor
Free agent wide receiver Terrelle Pryor left his Washington visit without a contract.
What It Means:
Washington might still be interested, but they aren't willing to extend an offer quite yet. Odds remain that Pryor won't be back with the Cleveland Browns next season after they signed Kenny Britt to a four-year, $32.5 million contract.
Pryor's 0.68 Reception Net Expected Points (NEP) per target ranked 23rd among the 41 wide receivers to see at least 100 targets last year.
