Broncos rule out Emmanuel Sanders with foot injury
Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders has been ruled out of Week 17 against the Oakland Raiders with a left foot injury.
Sanders left early in the game with a foot injury and was ruled out in the second quarter. It is a disappointing end to what was another productive season for Sanders. Playing with an underwhelming quarterback situation for the second year in a row, Sanders recorded 79 catches for 1,032 yards and five touchdowns on 137 targets.
Among the 60 wide receivers with at least 75 targets this year, Sanders' Reception Net Expected Points per target comes in at 43rd.
