Bills believe Stefon Diggs (knee) will be fine for regular season
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs's knee injury is not expected to linger into the regular season, head coach Sean McDermott said.
Diggs has been sidelined at practice since last Monday by an injury with unknown origins. McDermott said he expects Diggs to miss more practice time, but "at this point," he isn’t concerned about the receiver's status for the regular season. Diggs led the NFL with a personal-best 127 catches last year while also registering career-highs in targets (166) and yards (1,535). Per Fantasy Football Calculator, Diggs' ADP is 2.01 as the third receiver taken in 12-team PPR leagues.
Diggs is the WR2 in numberFire's preseason fantasy rankings and our models project him to lead the NFL in targets (188.9) and record the second-most receptions (129.6) for the second-most yards (1,576.8) and the third-most touchdowns (11.32).
