Quarterbacks

High-Cost Option: Ben Roethlisberger $6,800

The Steelers travel to Cincinnati in one of this week's highest projected scoring games with an over/under of 49 points. Ben Roethlisberger enters this matchup looking for his fifth-straight 300-yard passing game. In his past four games, he's thrown 10 total touchdowns while averaging over 30 fantasy points per game. His Success Rate -- pass plays that contribute towards positive Net Expected Points -- leads the league among all quarterbacks. The Cincinnati pass defense might be without Adam Jones this week, who was in a cast earlier this week for his foot. With Antonio Brown and Martavis Bryant seemingly making plays at will against any defense, Roethlisberger enters a terrific situation this week.

Mid-Cost Option: Blake Bortles $6,000

In another rivalry game, Blake Bortles and the Jaguars get set to square off against the Indianapolis Colts this week. Coming off a heartbreaking 42-39 loss, the Jaguars could still make some noise towards the playoff hunt in the wild AFC South. Bortles has already thrown a franchise-record 27 passing touchdowns after throwing a career-high 5 passing touchdowns last week. The Colts' pass defense should only help Bortles continue raising that bar, as they're tied for the fifth-most passing touchdowns allowed and the third-most passing yards per game. The Colts' secondary is giving up the most 20-plus yard passing plays on the season, something that Allen Robinson -- who ranks first in wide receivers with 20-plus plays -- and Allen Hurns (tied for eighth) should take advantage of. Bortles has reached his highest salary of the season, but at just $6,000, he still presents an incredible opportunity with both a high floor and high ceiling in this matchup.

Low-Cost Option: Ryan Fitzpatrick $5,400

Ryan Fitzpatrick continues to rack up fantasy points, yet he remains an affordable price. Outside of Week 1, Fitzpatrick has hit value in every game he's finished, making him one of the safest plays on a weekly basis. Coming off a season-high 390 passing yards, Fitzpatrick takes on the Titans this week at home as 7.5-point favorites. The Titans have allowed the third-most passing touchdowns this year and the seventh-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. Averaging 22.8 fantasy points in his last four home games, Fitzpatrick should be a lock to retain at least his value once again, after finishing as the QB3 and the QB8 the past two weeks.

GPP Wildcard: Tyrod Taylor $5,400

Only New Orleans has allowed more passing touchdowns this season than Philadelphia, as Tyrod Taylor and the Bills enter a juicy matchup on the road. The Bills come to town as 1.5-point road favorites, in one of this week's highest projected scoring games according to Vegas. Taylor has been on fire as of late, averaging 28.24 fantasy points in his last two games. Averaging two touchdowns a game, Taylor is in a prime spot to build on those numbers against an Eagles secondary that gives up the fourth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. At just $5,400 -- $800 lower than his season-high -- Taylor presents a great opportunity to go ceiling chasing in GPP's while saving money to allocate towards other positions.
