DeVante Parker, WR, Miami Dolphins

ESPN Ownership: 20%
Yahoo Ownership: 30%

DeVante Parker was a player many of us had high hopes for entering the NFL season, but the emergence of Rishard Matthews and a nagging foot injury stymied his opportunities to produce until very recently. But with Matthews battling an injury to multiple ribs and Parker's foot fully healed, the young rookie's time to shine may be nigh.

Parker showed off the kind of athleticism he possesses on his 38-yard touchdown score, in which he high pointed the ball while falling into the end zone. And with two straight weeks reaching the end zone, the Dolphins are showing clear interest in getting their rookie more involved in the offense. As well they should because, including Sunday's numbers, Parker has produced a 19.88 Reception NEP for the season on 23 targets, good for an impressive 0.86 Reception NEP per target. For reference, the current 2015 league average among wide receivers stands at 0.67 Reception NEP per target, so Parker's been 28% more efficient on a per-target basis than the average receiver.

With the Dolphins' playoff hopes on the ropes, their chances to get critical reps in for Parker are dwindling, so they may be tempted to keep him on the field regardless of when Matthews is able to return to action. Get Parker on your squad because he may be the catalyst your team needs for your fantasy playoff push.
