T.J. Yeldon ($6,500)

T.J. Yeldon stepped into the Jaguars offense as a rookie and immediately took the number-one running back role. He has recorded 16.3 carries per game and has seen 20-plus carries three times in nine games this year.

He hasn't been especially efficient this year, with a -0.07 Rushing NEP per carry that ranks 27th among 35 backs with at least 100 carries. However, the Chargers defense looks to be a cure for any running back inefficiency.

San Diego ranks dead last in the league with a 0.08 schedule-adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play. They are coming off of an especially horrendous Week 11 game in which they gave up 96 yards and 2 touchdowns on only 11 carries to the Kansas City Chiefs' third-string running back Spencer Ware.

This is also one of the rare games in which the Jaguars aren't underdogs, and Vegas odds have them as four-point favorites. The fact that Yeldon sees so many carries is already encouraging, but if the Jags are playing with a lead and the game flow is going in his favor, he has even more upside.
