James Starks ($6,000)

Eddie Lacy seems to be healthy and ready to go this week, but Packers' coach Mike McCarthy has announced that James Starks is the team's number one back moving forward.

This isn't particularly shocking news at this point, as Starks has seen more carries than Lacy in two of the last three games and has 10 more targets than Lacy on the season, but it's nice to have the assurance from the coach (depending on how much faith you put into coach speak). Starks has also been the better back this season, posting a -0.02 Rushing NEP per carry compared to Lacy's -0.05.

Starks will be up against a Lions defense this week that ranks 24th in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play, and as huge 11.5-point favorites, the Packers should be running the ball a lot this week. Starks should benefit from a good game flow.
