High-Cost Option: Julio Jones $9,200

A quarter of the way into the season we've already seen just how great Julio Jones can be -- his Week 3 12-catch, 164 yard, 2 touchdown outing netted him 43.4 fantasy points -- but have we seen his actual ceiling? You know, the type of game where Atlanta is actually forced to pass out of necessity?

Facing a Washington run defense that has allowed only 78 rushing yards per game, we may see just how heavily Atlanta will rely on their superstar wide receiver this week. The Redskins have allowed the 12th most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers, and Julio should absolutely feast in this matchup. While some owners may be a little more reluctant paying up for him following Week 4's sparing usage, take this opportunity to pounce on a player with the ceiling to rival DeAndre Hopkins' 22 targets from last week.

Julio faces a soft secondary that will likely pit Chris Culliver against him (who's still recovering from a left knee injury) and will likely be without top cornerback DeAngelo Hall again this week. Even with Week 4's lackluster performance, he leads the league in receptions and is tied for first in receiving yards, second in receiving touchdowns, and second in targets. There's not a whole lot more to sell you on for Julio. He's in a great match up against an injured secondary at home where his team is favored by 8-points. Set it and forget it with Julio.

Mid-Cost Option: Keenan Allen $7,200

I love the mid-cost options this week. There are seven or eight receivers here I debated within $1,000 and will likely utilize a pair of these receivers this week in many of my lineups. Keenan Allen faces a terrific matchup against the Steelers in a home matchup as 3.5-point favorites.

The Steelers have given up the 10th-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers on the season. Allen will likely spend most of his time against Ross Cockrell if Cortez Allen is unable to suit up this week. Last week against the Ravens, Cockrell had an interception and a fumble recovery, showing a penchant for big plays, but also gave up a touchdown. Allen has been moved all over the formation so far this season, as offensive coordinator Frank Reich has schemed Allen towards the fifth-most targets in the league.

Allen has seen two games with 17-plus targets so far and could be in for another such week as Stevie Johnson and Malcom Floyd left last week's game early due to injury. Allen has a very good chance of hitting his ceiling in this soft matchup at home even with Antonio Gates back in the mix.

Low-Cost Option: Leonard Hankerson $4,000

If you're looking to save some money and avoid paying up for Julio, Leonard Hankerson enters the same great matchup on the heels of his best performance of the season. Last week Hankerson caught 6 of his 8 targets for 103 yards and a touchdown picking up 25.3 fantasy points in the process.

Hankerson squares off against rookie safety/nickel cornerback Kyshoen Jarrett who made his first NFL start last week against the Eagles due to injury. The sixth round pick from Virginia Tech was targeted 7 times but only allowed 3 receptions for 23 yards per ProFootballFocus. Against a much more confident passing attack led by Matt Ryan and anchored by Julio Jones, look for Hankerson to not only have a good matchup against a rookie converted safety, but to also have a big game against his former team in Washington.

That's right, not only are we hitting bargain avenue only paying $4,000 for Hankerson, we're also speeding down narrative street as well.

GPP Wildcard: Willie Snead $3,000

There's many ways to construct daily fantasy rosters. I like to begin by scanning the entire list of players looking for any potential values or underpriced players, and a name screaming out both to me is New Orleans' Willie Snead. His snap counts have risen each week and has already replaced Brandon Coleman as the "next big passing option" to target after this offseason's roster moves.

If the Saints want to become a run-first team, they have yet to show it on the field. They're currently passing the ball on 64.6% of their plays and Snead is paving the way as New Orleans' leading receiver in yardage. He's only seeing 13.3% of the team's targets, but he's outproducing everyone else on the roster and fighting for more playing time. Last week Snead caught all 6 of his targets for 89 yards.

While he's not seeing a ton of volume, Snead's big play ability is what makes him an intriguing option this week at only $3,000. He faces a Philadelphia pass defense that gives up the fourth-most points to opposing wide receivers. Byron Maxwell has had a rough start to his career as an Eagle, and Snead could continue to exploit his weaknesses against a bottom-10 pass defense that faces the fifth-most passing attempts against them.
