Nick Foles ($6,500)

Nick Foles has just about the juiciest matchup possible for a quarterback in the Pittsburgh Steelers this week. Through an admittedly small two-game sample, the Steelers rank 28th in Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP), though that is on pace with their 2014 ranking of 26th.

As JJ Zachariason pointed out on Twitter, in the last 11 fantasy weeks, opposing quarterbacks have finished in the top-10 in 10 weeks. Alex Smith was the only quarterback not to throw for at least two touchdowns against them in that span.

Foles has had middling efficiency this year, his 0.62 Passing NEP per drop back ranks 20th among the 35 quarterbacks with at least 25 drop backs, but he showed his ability to produce in fantasy with an 18.98 point performance against the Seahawks in Week 1, and with such an easy matchup he should have another solid performance.
