Breshad Perriman, Baltimore Ravens

Bye Week: 9
Season: 1st (Rookie)
ADP: 111 (WR44)

Last season, Joe Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens produced an Adjusted Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) of 96.04, ranking them as the NFL's eighth most efficient team through the air. For those unfamiliar with this advanced metric, NEP is our in-house measure of a player's contributions to his team's chances of scoring above or below expectation. With Torrey Smith now in San Francisco, and Steve Smith's snaps expected to decline, all this offense will need to go somewhere else this year.

After drafting Breshad Perriman 26th overall in the 2015 draft -- with an NFL pedigree and a size and speed combo that many team's covet -- Perriman is the logical first choice to inherit all the targets being vacated by Torrey and Steve.

At 6' 2", 212 pounds and with a 40-yard time in the low 4.2's, Perriman's ideal size and physicality makes him a threat in possession type routes, while his elite speed also makes him a viable option on deep ball passes. With this elite skillset, Breshad should easily pass incumbents Marlon Brown and Michael Campanaro on the depth chart to lead this team in targets this season.

While there is always risk involved with relying on rookies in fantasy football, similar to Kelvin Benjamin last season, Perriman finds himself in an ideal situation to become the team's number one wideout sooner rather than later. And with an ADP in the low-100's, Perriman is the type of low-risk, high-reward lotto ticket that you should be looking for at the end of your drafts.
