Kirk Cousins, QB, Washington Redskins

Kirk Cousins stepped in during Week 2 and turned Washington into a pretty adept offense.

Cousins tallied 250 yards and 2 touchdowns against the Jags, and will face off against the uptempo Eagles in Week 3, who were pretty generous to Chad Henne last week, surrendering 266 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Cousins shouldn't be too hot of a waiver pick-up, all things considered, so if you're a quarterback streamer, Cousins could be your man this week.
